405 South 100 East, Suite 204, Pleasant Grove, UT. We're only accessible from 100 E — if you're coming from State Street, don't turn until The Purple Turtle, then turn there. We're directly across the street in the tall red brick building (same building as Escape the Date). Enter either door, head upstairs, and we're Suite 204 right at the top. Can't find the door? We're up the stairs at the left end of the building — the back door works too.

Booking & Scheduling
Text us or book directly online at therealdeeptissue.com/services, and we'll help you find the right session length and let you know about any current specials.
60 minutes, with 90-minute (and sometimes 75-minute) options available.
Yes, it can go under whichever profile is already on file.
About an hour. If we don't hear back or see it booked in that window, it becomes available to others.
We'll do our best to start your session within your booked window. If we asked you to arrive earlier and that caused the delay, you'll still get your full session length. Running very late? Let us know — shortening the session is a great alternative to cancelling.
Cancellations & Fees
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Confirmations go out 48 hours ahead to help keep the schedule reliable, since same-day openings are hard to refill.
20+ minutes past your start time with no word from you. A call/voicemail or text within that first 20 minutes means it won't count as a no-show, though our 24-hour policy still applies.
- No-show: 100% of the session price or $50 per service provider, whichever is greater. (Pay the fee and your voucher/gift card stays good for a future visit.)
- Late cancellation (notice given, but less than 24 hours): $50 per service provider.
- Genuine emergencies are handled with care — just reach out.
Occasionally, by up to 15 minutes. We'll always confirm by text.
Groupon Vouchers
Let us know your voucher type (individual/couples, session length), then book through the Groupon section of our services page, or text us a screenshot of your voucher with your preferred date and time.
Possibly — text us the expiration date and your redemption code (not the order number) and we'll check. A small fee may apply to process an expired voucher.
Vouchers are limited to one visit per person, ever. Gifted vouchers (from someone else's purchase) are still good to use.
Go ahead and book anyway — it won't charge you anything upfront, and we'll sort out the details on our end.

First-time clients get 50% off an individual or couples massage. Message us or check our booking page for current pricing.
Since the special's already deeply discounted, outside gift cards typically aren't combinable with it, though small amounts may be considered case by case.
Foot scrub, hot towel treatment, red light sauna blanket sessions, and a maternity add-on (available after 14 weeks, with no doctor restrictions).
Yes, starting at 14 weeks, as long as your doctor hasn't given specific restrictions. Just let us know how far along you are so we can prepare your session.
All massages include 2 hot towels. Memberships and Groupon vouchers also include hot towels and aromatherapy.
Deep tissue isn't about how hard the pressure is — it's about how your muscles move and respond, so it feels different for everyone. We tailor every session to your body and what your tissue needs that day, and we'll never go deeper than what's safe. A few things affect how it's applied: body hair, skin conditions, certain medical conditions, and clothing, so let your therapist know ahead of time.
